Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Deposits
All projects require an upfront deposit to commence work. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation.
2. Milestone Payments
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after a milestone is completed and approved, that milestone payment is retained.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced (within 48 hours of deposit), we will refund 50% of the deposit after deducting administrative costs.
4. Cancellation During Development
Cancellations during active development will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. A refund, if applicable, will account for work completed to date.
5. Disputes
